WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28TH

Agave Behind the Bar: Palenque to Pour is a laid-back, bartender-focused session hosted by Switchboard owner and Creador Agave Spirits Brand Educator, Leslie Nava, where we’ll dig into the world of agave spirits through open conversation, tasting, and shared experiences behind the stick.
This isn’t a lecture. It’s a space for bartenders and service industry professionals to learn, ask questions, and talk shop about everything from traditional mezcal production to how to build a smarter agave section on your backbar.
Whether you’ve been pouring mezcal for years or just starting to get into it, this is your chance to learn, taste, and swap ideas with your peers or fellow mezcal nerds.

Plugged In is a casual daytime meetup for DJs and people in the DJ/production world to connect, hang, and get hands-on.We’ll have turntables and CDJs set up for open practice, gear questions, and skill-sharing — no pressure, just vibes. Come catch up with DJ friends, meet new ones, and enjoy coffee, drinks, and light snacks.

DJ Diggy Dutch hosts “From Start to Stream”, a class covering DJ fundamentals and how to get started with live streaming. Perfect for beginners, working DJs, and anyone plugged into the scene that wants to take their sets online.

Join us Thursday evening for an educational tasting event with Mezcal Amaras. At 6:00 PM, we will host an After Work Social Hour for those that are interested in meeting and chatting with fellow attendees before the tasting.
At 7:00 PM, enjoy a guided tasting led by Beth Brooks as she shares the story of mezcalera Diana Orozco Cruz and the process behind five different expressions produced across three different states—an excellent opportunity to sample and experience the diversity of mezcal.
FRIDAY JANUARY 30TH

We welcome you to the Art Gallery Opening Reception featuring Brandon Munley (@2beINK), Phokus Lilly (@phokustheartist) and J.C. Amorrortu (@observ_er). This event is a chance to discover new art, hang out with fellow art lovers, and connect directly with the artists in a relaxed gallery setting. Come walk the space, talk shop, and enjoy the atmosphere with a live music performance by Dom Luzzo.
