Creador Mezcal Tasting at Switchboard

Join us at Switchboard for a special evening celebrating traditional agave spirits with Creador Mezcal. At 6:00 PM, enjoy a guided tasting led by Marcus Piña, founder of Creador, as he shares the story, process, and people behind the brand — including Maestro Mescalero José Alberto Pablo, a multi-generational palenquero from San Bernardo Mixtepec, Oaxaca.

José Alberto crafts his mezcal using methods passed down through generations: hand-milling, natural fermentation, and distilling in clay pots. He has also incorporated sustainable practices to preserve his family's legacy for future generations.

Earlier in the day, at 1:00 PM, industry professionals are invited to a dedicated training session led by Brand Educator Leslie Cobos.

Come sip, learn, and connect with the traditions of Oaxaca through the exceptional work of Creador Mezcal.
