About John de Rosiers
John de Rosiers is a classically trained chef and sommelier with over 30 years of experience in fine dining and beverage programs. Beginning his culinary journey at age 15, John built his expertise in some of the Midwest’s most respected restaurants and developed an award-winning approach to food and spirits. His passion for flavor and craftsmanship ultimately led him to create Cambio Tequila — a brand driven by respect for tequila’s traditions and a desire to elevate what’s possible in premium agave spirits.
